Water and Farming – Ndulu Primary School

Ndulu School Farm Project

The Ndulu School Farm Project has progressed steadily since land preparation began in July 2025. Despite initial challenges with parental involvement, planting was completed in early August, and subsequent activities including weeding, fertilization, and pest management have been executed on schedule. The farm is divided equally between maize and beans, with both crops showing positive development. Beans are nearing harvest within the next two weeks, while maize will require approximately four more weeks to mature. Overall, the project is on track, with yields anticipated subject to favourable weather conditions.
